FAQ
1. What to submit
Requirement to submit the following:
. Video Recording of Pitch
o Maximum duration of Pitch is 3 minutes
o Ideally in MP4 format
o Video recording must include you and your slides
o Video recording of you presenting on Zoom is acceptable
o Naming of file – [Subject Code] _ [your student number] _ Assignment1Pitch
. Eg BISM3222_s1234567_Asssingment1Pitch.[mp4|docx]
o The pitch should not just describe your MIRO board
. Presentation Slides
o Presentation slides must match the slides in your video pitch
o You canuse Canva, PPT, or any other presentation software if the teaching team can access without downloading software.
o If you choose something like Prezi – upload a Word document that includes the link to the Prezi slide – make sure that you have tested that it can be accessed
o The template provided is a guide – you can tailor the presentation as you need
o The presentation should not just be pictures of your MIRO board, but highlight what is important
o The last slide must include a link to your MIRO board that the tutors and myself can access
. Miro board will include:
o BHAG
o How Might We (HMWs)
o Business Model Canvas
o Personas
o Journey Map
o Evidence of Map Targeting
o Lightning demos URL links (or app names) – this is optional (no marks have been allocated to including the lightning demo – this links better with Assessment Two – so you can submit in either assessment)
2. Journey Map Options
. You are required to only submit one journey map.
. You can tailor either template to suit your BHAG
. Map Targeting must be completed on your journey map (please be careful with where you place your prioritised HMWs – especially if you only give the marking team view only access)
3. How to Share your MIRO Board
1. Access your MIRO board
2. Click on the Share button and the following dialog box will appear
3. Select “Can view” with the Anyone with the link option – do not set a password
4. Click on Copy board link – this will give you the link to copy into your presentation file

1. Access your MIRO board
2. Click on the Share button and the above dialog box will appear
3. Click into the To: field and enter the email addresses of the marking team (as soon below):

c) [email protected]
4. Select Can view from the security options
5. Then Send Invitations
