First Take-away
This take-away is an individual work. So I'm expecting almost no overlap among different deliveries.
The take-away consists in developing an R Shiny app.
To be eligible of acceptance, the submission has to satisfy the following minimum requirements:
The app should be stored in a publicly GitHub repository. The repository history is not expected to be a single commit. You have to demonstrate a good git work flow.
The R Shiny application should access the data it works on directly from the web (no local repository is allowed)
The app code must include some automatic cleaning, manipulation and analysis of the retrieved data
(It is not part of the evaluation the quality of the statistical analysis, however it is expect that the analysis has at least some weak statistical sense)
The app should include dynamic plots.  It should allow the user to dynamically interact with the plots, for example selecting one point ore more points and getting more detailed information in forms of table
The app has to contain a short web documentation that explains its functionalities. The documentation should be stored in the same repository of the project and should be accessible via GitHub Pages.
The app should allow to download the result of the data analysis in form of a dynamically created PDF.
The app should be run by the command runGitHub("",""). Please check it before submit.
The app should make use of commands in packages: tidyverse, shinythemes, plotly and shinyjs.
There is full freedom in the choice of the dataset you decide to use to make your app. This implies that it would be rather impossible to get two apps on the same topic. I want original contributions, however in case you get inspiration from an already existent app you should cite it and include its url as well.
