Through discussion with your peers, work on the following activity:
Research:
● Use the internet to find an example of a project that was completed successfully/unsuccessfully, whether it has met its objectives for time, cost, and scope.
● Ensure the project is well-documented and provides sufficient information about its execution and outcomes.
Analysis:
● Identify and describe the main factors that contributed to the project's success/failure.
● Consider factors such as project management methodologies, team collaboration, stakeholder involvement, risk management, resource allocation, and use of technology.
Documentation:
● Write a summary of your findings, including:
● A brief description of the project.
● The criteria for its success/failure (time, cost, scope).
● Any lessons learned or best practices that could be applied to future projects.
Presentation:
● Be prepared to present your findings in a class discussion (five minutes)
