COURSE DESCRIPTION

MGT 700 is an intensive 8-week foundational course designed for doctoral students to develop advanced competencies in business analysis, strategic planning, and integrative management. The course focuses on deep analytical skills, research methodologies, and strategic thinking required at the doctoral level.

Students will engage in a series of complex, research-driven assignments, including the

comprehensive analysis of a publicly traded company. The course culminates in a capstone project that

requires students to synthesize their findings into a

scholarly strategic plan. The course provides a

multidisciplinary approach to business analysis,

integrating real-world applications with theoretical and empirical research.
